Harry Coumnas

Harry Coumnas carried out relevant research and development, as well as programs involving Technology Flight Opportunities and in-orbit technology demonstration missions. He offered system engineering support for projects and programs at every stage.

Harry Coumnas worked to support the development of programs to protect Earth from returned extraterrestrial samples, the creation of sterile spacecraft, the formulation and implementation of space policy as it relates to planetary protection, and the promotion of responsible solar system exploration.
